Monthly Pass Online Class Option
CTCC is now offering online classes via Zoom and in-person classes at 512 Stewart Street in Charlottesville. A variety of class levels and times are available.

Refund Policy
Refunds for half of the value of the paid monthly class fees will be honored through the 15th of the month. Refund requests for monthly classes made before classes begin are eligible for a full refund, minus a $15 processing fee.
Private Lessons
Private lessons are available with Hiromi Johnson. You may contact her at hiromi@charlottesvilletaichi.org. Payment may be made by cash or check. Please make all checks out to Hiromi Johnson.

Cancellation fee: All notifications of cancellation or rescheduling must be received 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of your lesson. Standard fee will be charged if cancellation is made with less notice than outlined above.

Class size policy: Classes will be held with minimum number of 4 students.
Payment policy: In order for us to keep offering the reasonable class fees, please keep track of your payment and the due date. All fees are due in advance.
New students: Please fill out and submit a registration form before your first class. You may pay online with PayPal (see below) or bring a check with your registration form to your first class. (Parent or guardian signature required on registration form for those under 18 years old.)
PayPal payment option: As a convenience, you have the option of paying for classes by using PayPal (or a major credit card accepted by PayPal). See the Online Payments page for details.

Cancellation / Missed Class Policies
Class schedules are subject to change and/or cancellation without notice.
Cancellation information will be posted at the top of the homepage. You may also call 434-214-0868 for class cancellation information.
If an in-person class is cancelled, a $15 refund will be given at the end of the month. Please contact registrar@charlottesvilletaichi.org if you are able to attend another class and do not need the refund.

The Charlottesville T’ai Chi Center will be closed for the following holidays in 2022.
