Lovely well cared for Japanese decorative or dance fan. The red background accentuates the blue and white hydrangea flowers. It measures 24” at the base x 13” tall. The fewer number of support ribs ( 7) makes this a more delicate piece. There is one place to repair, a small separation of fabric at the top of the fan (pictured). I do not know the of the artist.
