John McCullough is a CTCC instructor and holds current certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness Instruction and Health Coaching from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) with additional training in the neurology of sports performance and pain management.
These two sessions can be used to cover general health and fitness aspects, but we can also focus on specific issues such as: old injuries that have never completely healed, chronic pain, endurance and performance improvement, flexibility problems, nutrition and diet, personalized strength training, and behavior/habit change.
My approach focuses on specific techniques for increasing the enjoyment, ease and freedom of how you move through your day, based on your own goals and desires.
