You can move through the pictures in gallery mode by mousing over the right and left sides of a picture and clicking on the arrow that appears.
Press the “Esc” key on the upper left of your keyboard to exit gallery mode.
These pictures are intended to serve as reminders to students between practices who have done the warm ups in class. Most warm ups are represented by one picture.
When practicing at home, please do not over-extend. Skip any warm ups that you are unsure of, and any which cause discomfort or pain. Bring any questions about the warm ups to your regular T’ai Chi class.
